Account Deletion Request

If you signed into our mobile app using Google Sign-In and wish to delete your account and associated data, you can request deletion below.

What data will be deleted?

Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete:

• Your user profile details (Name, Email address).
• Your saved app preferences and configurations.
• Any app usage history tied to your account identifier.

How to request deletion

Please send an email from the Google account you used to sign into the app to: admin@koguhaa.com

• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - [Starpulse]
• Timeframe: We process all data deletion requests within 15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account data has been completely erased from our servers.
